Hey there! I'm Alexis Jordan, formerly Alexis Sall and I have lived and worked in Los Angeles my whole life.

With a Master's degree in Counseling and over 10 years experience working with countless students and parents, I have seen it all. Starting out as a middle school teacher, I taught at Our Lady of Malibu and later the Brentwood School. After spending five years in middle school, the students made it clear to me how important a focus on their personal development is at this age. Unfortunately, the crucial life skills they need to feel successful are not always taught in the classroom. This realization led me to pursue a Master’s in School Counseling, to support students in developing social and emotional skills to better understand themselves and the world around them.

As a counselor, I have worked for various school districts, including Santa Monica, Los Angeles and most recently Oak Park. Through my experience as both a teacher and counselor, I have gained great perspective on how to help young people in today’s world. With professional and practical experience, I am uniquely suited to understand adolescents, their needs and the skills needed to succeed in the school system and in the real world.

After seeing the high levels of concern and stress in so many families over the years, I wanted to provide a way to offer support without limitations. Drawing from my backgrounds in academic support, student counseling and holistic wellness, I offer a modern and practical approach to helping families work through challenges and develop teens’ essential life skills. My coaching style is positive and solution focused in order to support families through the tumultuous years of change.

My focus is on developmental coaching, a proactive step to take before concerns turn into something more serious. Raising teens is challenging, and no one should do it alone. I'm here to partner with you, bridging the gap and guiding your teen toward their full potential.
