Modern Support for Youth & Families

Empowering young people and parents to overcome obstacles and grow together

Adolescence - a time marked by so many changes! Between managing schoolwork, navigating friendships, dealing with stress, technology and planning for the future, it’s no surprise that in today’s fast-paced world both teens—and their parents—can feel stretched thin.

We all want to support our kids, but let’s face it: sometimes, they don’t want that support coming directly from mom or dad. And that’s okay. Whether it's related to academics or their social and emotional world, teens have a lot on their plates, and so do you as a parent. The truth is, none of us are meant to do this alone.

That’s where I come in. My coaching is here to help your adolescent unlock their strengths and help you feel more confident and supported as a parent. With over a decade of experience as a middle school teacher and counselor, I’ve seen it all. I’ve guided countless families through difficult times, helping them find solutions that work in their everyday lives.

My approach is simple: we focus on what’s happening right now, and we create a path forward based on your child’s strengths and your family’s unique needs. Whether it's building better study habits, reducing stress, growing social skills or preparing for life beyond school, we’ll work together to set realistic, achievable goals.

  • Personalized coaching designed to fit your teen’s and your family’s needs.

  • Flexible, modern support through video sessions, phone calls, and messaging.

  • A focus on practical, solution-oriented strategies that create real change.

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you and your child on this journey, helping you both feel more confident along the way.

Let’s make the positive changes you’ve been hoping for.

Schedule a free consultation today, and let’s talk about what’s on your mind. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll point you in the direction that is—because with the right support, anything is possible.

My Approach

See what others have to say…

“Alexis, I wanted to send you a quick email to thank you again for being such a light in Peter's life. He enjoys your classes so very much and I truly see a difference in his self confidence and outlook! Please keep me posted on your availability, Peter does not want to miss one.”

“Thank you so much for the feedback. This is a time where I feel Kenzie can be herself without fear of any judgments...especially from her parents. I'm usually not home during her sessions and her dad is working. She can be herself and feels open to speak with you. In fact, I asked Kenzie for advice once because I was having a problem and she suggested I speak with you for help, too cute!”

“Alexis, thank you for all of your time spent with Alex. Knowing that she has you to talk to each week has eased so much of her stress. She really looks forward to your sessions and I can see a difference at home.”

“Alexis, Just wanted to say what a blessing this girl time has been for Brianna. She has been so lonely this year and is still struggling with some difficult friendships from prior years.”

Alexis, thank you so much! As soon as she came home from school she said she couldn't wait to share something with you. Your advice about finding things in common worked for her and she made a new friend, she was grateful for your advice!
